HostSync is based in Guwahati, working with independent hotels, resorts, homestays and villas across Northeast India that don't have an in-house marketing, tech or revenue team — because most independent properties don't. We started in hospitality technology and grew into the setup and consulting work because we kept watching the same thing happen: a genuinely good property losing bookings not because the stay was lacking, but because nobody found it, the listing undersold it, or the OTAs were taking a cut it never needed to give up.
That's the gap we close — brand, reach, revenue and guest experience, run by one partner who understands hospitality specifically, not marketing in general.
Our technology answers to you, not a vendor.
A marketing agency that licenses its channel manager from a third party is exposed to that vendor's pricing, roadmap and support queue. We build and maintain the HostSync PMS and channel manager ourselves, which means the booking data behind your property is ours to show you — visible to you, not locked inside someone else's dashboard we don't control.

HostSync started from watching too many good independent properties across Northeast India lose bookings they should have kept — not for lack of a great stay, but for lack of the brand, reach and technology that bigger hotel chains take for granted.
