Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Complete Platform (₹2,999/month per property) — cancel at any time. There is no lock-in and no cancellation fee. Access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for.
• Setup & Consulting — a project can be stopped at any point with 30 days written notice; what is refundable depends on how far the work has progressed (see below).

To cancel, email connect@hostsync.in or message us on WhatsApp. We will confirm in writing.

• Monthly software fees: the current month is not refunded once the period has begun, because the service was available throughout it. You will not be billed again after cancelling.
• Annual prepayments: unused whole months are refunded on a pro-rata basis.
• The Setup & Consulting project fee (₹4,999): fully refundable if you cancel before we begin work. Once work has started, we refund the portion not yet delivered — for example, if your brand identity is complete but the website has not been built, the website portion is refunded.
• Domain registration costs are not refundable once a domain has been bought in your name, because the registrar charges us at purchase and the domain belongs to you regardless.

If we fail to deliver something we agreed to, tell us. We will either fix it or refund the amount relating to that part of the work. We would rather do that than have you paying for something that did not happen.

Approved refunds are initiated within 7 working days of us confirming the cancellation, and reach the original payment method within a further 5 to 10 working days depending on your bank or payment provider. Refunds are always returned to the method used to pay — we cannot redirect them elsewhere.

If something is wrong, contact us first. Raising a chargeback without contacting us usually takes longer to resolve than simply telling us the problem, and we would rather sort it out directly.
